PSA for Holiday Shopping

I’m pretty sure I’ve blogged about this at least two times before … maybe more. {I kinda like to talk about things that I get excited about … I’m sure you’re nodding your head or rolling your eyes right now if you know me in person ;D}.

As this season of gift giving is upon us and more and more of us are shopping online {please tell me you’ve experienced the joy of shopping in your pj’s at 11PM?!?} I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask you {or remind you}…

Have you signed up for Swagbucks?

I’m sure you’ve heard about it … seen a friend on Facebook post or tweet about it … but have YOU done it?

My husband and I both have accounts {you can now have one account per adult per house} and have set up the Swagbucks toolbar on our main computer, our laptop, my HP Mini and his Galaxy Tablet {seriously, I know!}. With normal searching and taking advantage of a few daily polls and surveys, we average about $15 a month in Amazon gift cards. Lately the Mister has had a little more time on his hands and has been able to get $20 a month. That’s $180 – $240 a year! That would put a nice little dent in the Christmas gifts wouldn’t it?

And as much as I would encourage you to buy HANDMADE, I know there are just some things {books, movies, kitchen gadgets, etc.} that you just can’t {or shouldn’t} make yourself ;).

So why not get a jump start on next year’s gift giving and sign up for Swagbucks today.

Money Saving Mom has some great posts { a three part series that starts here} on how to earn more Swagbucks.

If you’re already a Swagbucks memeber I’d love to hear about your experience and what you buy with your Swagbucks {you don’t have to buy Amazon GC’s … that is just what we choose to do with ours}.

  1. Love Swagbucks! And I totally rock the Amazon gift cards!

  2. Thanks for the link. I watched the video, but was still a little unsure of how it works. Is it mainly that it keeps track of your web surfing?

  3. I love Swagbucks! I just redeemed some of mine for an Amazon card and Starbucks that will both be used for Christmas gifts.

  4. I really must do this. I’ve heard tons about it.
