FWQA {for the Home} Day 4:: Everyday Beautiful

It’s Day 4 of the Farmer’s Wife Quilt Along {for the Home} …

I can’t believe how quickly this week is going by … too much fun I suppose! I don’t know if I mentioned it before but up I have been just as surprised as you with these projects. I haven’t had any idea {and the bloggers didn’t have any idea what was being made} what they were up to until the day before their post went live.

Today’s blogger is another Jody {I think creative talent follows that name}. Jody is probably best known as the owner of the thriving Fabric Shoppe. She shares a bit of her personal life and  creative endeavors over at her blog, Everyday Beautiful

I’ve known Jody for years now. I started as a customer, but have loved working with Jody on blog collaborations, holiday promotions and other collaborations. Jody is sweet, generous and is doing a splendid job with her shop. My favorite thing about Jody’s shop is her large selection of Fat Quarter Bundles. I just love fat quarters!

Here’s a little more about Jody in her own words::

Hi I’m Jody. I own the Fabric Shoppe online as well as blog at everyday beautiful. I have been at this for almost 5 years and am still loving every minute of it. I love being a part of the creative community! So many amazing people!  I am married to my best friend and we have 2 toddler girls and one on the way!:)
Here’s what Jody says about her project::

I have to admit I was a little scared of doing this project as i haven’t had time to quilt in years (the cobblers children have no shoes right?)  but was so glad i did since it was fun and has inspired me to finished up a few others mug rugs and finished a quilt i had in the closet waiting for binding for {cough, cough} 3 years. I choose the basket weave project! It was really fun! I encourage those of you who are intimidated by quilting or sewing to just jump in. You learn as you go and its just so much fun!

You know I love mug rugs. But a mug rug + bunting = over the top cute. And really, I mean seriously? We’re 4 for 4 on unique projects here people. I hope you’re feeling as inspired as I am!
