Handmade Holiday Update {+ FREE PRINTABLE}

Happy Monday!!

I am SO excited about this week on the blog. I know it hasn’t been the most hap-hap-happening place with all the sewing I’ve been doing, but this week I have THREE {yes 3!!} fun crafty/sewing/holiday related posts and they’re going to post back to back, today through Wednesday.

A little holiday cheer for you and a way of saying thank you for sticking with me through the quiet times!!

Before I jump into today’s post I wanted to let you know that I once again had a fabulous experience with a local holiday boutique {The Holiday House Boutique} over the weekend and while I’m still recovering from the sewing marathon, I’m thrilled to say I still have inventory left to stock my Etsy shop and host a handful of Insta-gram sales in my “pop-up shop” @knittybittiesshop. I’m hoping to have all my inventory loaded into Etsy for Black Friday shopping {fingers crossed, but don’t hold me to it … this week is FULL already and it hasn’t even technically started} & Cyber Monday shopping. I’ll have a discount and/or promotion for both days, so be sure to stop by Etsy and check my header for the current promotion. I may also ‘leak’ the deals on my Facebook page.

Okay, business-schmisness …

How about a FREE printable to kick off your holiday week? Okay!

Last year, inspired by this Pin, I decided to gift many of my close friends with my favorite polish and use the clever phrase “for your mistle toes.” The only problem was I couldn’t find a tag that appealed to me. So then as I was running out of time, I spotted these adorable tags and decided to make a custom tag inspired by one of the designs.

I came up with this::

And now you can use it too! {Just click the above image to be taken to the printable/downloadable file.}

{*I did get permission from the original tag designer as I felt like that was the polite and right thing to do given I was going to offer a free printable of the tag. She sweetly said to share away!*}

My two favorite brands of polish are OPI and Essie. I’m lucky to have a couple great connection to the beauty supply shop which gets me a hefty discount, but if you’re not so lucky, I’d say that Ulta is the way to go. They almost always have a coupon going and/or great polish promos like B2G1. Your savings can really add up!

Want to make the gift even sweeter?
Maybe add a bottle of my favorite “everyday” foot lotion::

Or maybe go BIG and really tickle their toes with a bottle of my favorite “splurge” foot lotion::

Aveda Foot Relief

However you do it, wrap it up with a cute {and FREE} tag and you’re sure to get on their very nice list!!

Don’t forget to come back tomorrow for more fun!!
